解压后得到.cab格式文件copy到手机中直接安装，
必须安装在手机中，不能在存储卡上安装。

我的PPC是WM5.0的，其它软件都可以装，可下载了拨号面板就不能安装。
提示：安装未成功。无法安装该程序或设置，因为它的系统权限不足。
谁能告诉我是怎么回事？

  可能是系统没有解锁，请到bbs.padfans.com搜索一下看看，没有经历过这种事情
